The Music Department at Belgian Gardens School provides a myriad of musical experiences available to all our students. The classroom Music Program, which builds the aural and musical literacy skills in weekly lessons, is complimented by the co-curricular Instrumental and Choral Program. The Instrumental Program offers weekly lessons to students from Year 3-6 in each of the Instrument Families: String, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion. Advanced Instrumental students are invited to join our ensembles: Junior Band, Senior Band, String Orchestra, and String Quartet. The Choral Program consists of two choirs : Junior Choir (Year 2-3 students) and Senior Choir (Year 4-6 students).
