Enrolment

Enrolment Process -

1.       Initial enquiries can be made by contacting the service either via phone, email or online booking system-

2.       Enrolment Forms are completed online via the below link- (enrolments need to be submitted 1 day prior to your child's commencement date).

3.       Family Orientation - Organise an orientation so you can become familiar with the service. You will be invited to discuss your enrolment, be informed of the service routines, meet Educators, and have your questions answered.

4.       MyGov - Once your enrolment has been created by Belgian Gardens Primary OSHC you will be able to log into MyGov and accept your CCS enrolment. This will enable you to apply any subsidy entitlements to your account.

5.       Download the 'OWNA' App. You will be able to; manage your casual bookings, record absences, make cancellations, adjust bookings, change payment and contact details, etc through this app. The app can be downloaded from Google play or the App Store. You will receive your log in details for the app via an email from 'OWNA' once your booking has been confirmed by the service.

Fees - Current as at 19.10.2021

Before School Care: $18 (pre-CCS)

After School Care: $25 (pre-CCS) ​

Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days: $62 (pre-CCS)

Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days- Incursion: $72 (pre-CCS)

Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days- Excursion: $82 (pre-CCS) ​

Additional Fees you may incur

Non-Communication Fee: 

Fee:  $5.00 Per family per session when service is not notified of absence.

If your child is absent on a booked day and the service has not been notified, and as a result has to identify the location of the child to ensure they are not supposed to be in attendance at the service.

Late Fee:

Fee:  $15.00 per family - after 15 minutes, $1.00 per minute

Child/ren collected after closing time.

Late Booking Fee:

Fee:  $10.00 per family

​Where Vacation Care bookings are not received before the closing date of Vacation Care Program (2 weeks before program commencement)

Payment

Our preferred method for fee payment is direct debit. We do not accept cash or cheques. Your payments details need to be updated on the app before commencement.

In order to receive care, we require that you pay ONE WEEK upfront at the beginning of the term and stay at least ONE WEEK ahead. Payment must be made by Friday of each week.

Credit card - 1.60%+10c transaction fee

Dishonour fee - $2.50

Cancellation Period

• More than 48 hrs notice for Before School Care and After School Care sessions - No charge
• More than five working days' notice for Vacation Care sessions - No charge

• When medical certificate of child or individual with whom the child lives is provided - No charge (charges will be removed after submission of medical certificate to service if already charged)

Any changes to permanent bookings will require notice of at least two weeks (14 days), any notice that is less than two weeks will incur the regular fee. All changes must be requested via email.

Meals

Breakfast and afternoon tea are supplied during the Term. Breakfast, morning, and afternoon tea are supplied during vacation care, please bring your own lunch.

Transition to and from school

Our educators will walk the prep children to and from the service each morning and afternoon. All other grades are to walk to and from school each day.
