In the past, the school had been able to be very accommodating when receiving late payments for activities. Due to the electronic nature of One School, the school has had to adjust the policy towards accepting late payments.
The due date for payments must be the due date for payments. Late payments will be returned to parents.
The school will make due dates as close as possible to the activity date. If a payment is received after the specified due date, it will be returned to the child and that child will not be able to participate in the activity.
All notes for activities now include the following sentence to remind parents of the policy. Please note that any payments received after this date will not be accepted and your child will, therefore, be unable to participate in this activity.
If you are aware that you will be unable to pay for an activity by a due date, please contact the office prior to the payment date so that we can make arrangements for receiving the late payment. This will ensure that we can communicate with the staff member coordinating an event to ensure that the student is included in the activity.
We thank you for your understanding in adhering to this school procedure.
BPOINT ONLINE PAYMENTS
BPOINT is the preferred payment method for student invoices at Belgian Gardens State School. On the bottom of each invoice that you receive, the BPOINT payment method symbol will be displayed with a website link for you to visit and process your online payment (very similar to internet banking that many of you currently utilise). You can use a credit or bank debit card to make a payment. You do not need to register for BPOINT, you simply visit https://www.bpoint.com.au/payments/dete and enter CRN (customer reference number), invoice number, student name and exact amount of individual invoice (PLEASE DO NOT PAY MORE THAN ONE INDIVIDUAL INVOICE AT A TIME). If you do not know your CRN please contact the school office for this information but the CRN will appear on school invoices.
BPOINT will issue you with a payment confirmation that you can email to yourself after making the payment or you can print or take a screen shot, for your records.
You may also still pay by cheque, cash or EFTPOS or credit card.
